The New Workout That Takes You Around the World in 45 Minutes!

Consider the possibility of travelling to the French Alps over your lunch break… now combine that with an incredible workout and the chance to escape reality. Sydney CBD’s Scenic Cycle has got you covered, and teamed with pumping music, you'll sweat like never before.

This one of a kind facility has revolutionised the monotony of the indoor workout. Scenic Cycle brings you 45 minute cycling classes seated in front of massive screens projecting the most iconic routes from around the world. If you’re lucky enough to snag a spot in the front row, it’s essentially a simulation ride matched with fun and challenging exercise.

One of the best parts of this workout is the versatility. Not only can you travel from the streets of New York City to the beaches of Costa Rica, but the classes are for any fitness level. Whether you’re used to sitting on the couch or cycling twice a day, Scenic Cycle is for you. The instructor guides and challenges you but you control the resistance of the bike. There are even optional hand weights which make Scenic Cycle a full body workout (and it’s a nice break on the hammies).

The dark room and loud music create an environment in which you can shut everything else out and concentrate on yourself or use the support of your teammates next to you. The class can be a time to have fun and coast to the beat or turn up the intensity, pushing yourself harder than you ever thought you could. Riders have the opportunity burn over 800 calories in a single class.

Every ride ends with Scenic Cycle’s signature “Red Zone”, a pitch black end to an awesome class, and a time to truly zone out and focus on you and your goals - whether they be fitness related or not. Scenic Cycle is as mental as it is physical, providing a time to put aside work and others’ needs. You leave the class feeling accomplished, refreshed, and okay - pretty sweaty. Luckily, there are showers, locker rooms, and anything else you may need in this modern and extremely clean studio.

At just $20 for your first two classes, it's a great way to trial  this extraordinary new workout! Classes are offered morning, mid day, and evening. Just think - you have nothing to lose but another boring lunch break.

See you on the bikes...perhaps in London!
