How to: Entertaining Platters for Fussy Eaters

When it comes to entertaining, it can a headache trying to please every dietary requirement. Some of us have friends and family experiencing dairy and gluten intolerances, as well as those who have vegan or vegetarian diets for health or ethical reasons. So how do you make something to cater to everyones tastes? SHARING PLATTERS.

They take the guess work out of cooking and gives choice to ALL your guests - its a WIN all around.

What to include? A selection of nuts, seeds, Free From Gluten Original Crackers, Macro Lentil Bites Pumpkin, fruit, cheese, veggie sticks, olives and dips. Encourage guests to bring something they can enjoy to add to the platter too. The more the merrier!

Tip: keep a board separate for their allergy friendly goodies to avoid any contamination.
