Where do you go for your fitness gear and superfoods?

The answer is probably a multitude of health food stores, online and some expensive fitness apparel stores. Right? 'Cause that's how I usually roll.

I don't have a problem investing in my health - it's something I want to prioritise my dollars on. It makes me feel good, and ideally prevents me from getting sickness and disease now and later in life. But let's be honest, we've all probably parted with a little more than we would have liked on some activated nuts, greens powder or that new pair of black tights. My bank account just doesn't like it. Until THIS little discovery I made at the weekend...

After popping into my local ALDI supermarket to grab the usual decaf coffee pods for my coffee machine (my morning vice), I spotted some new goodies on the shelves. AMAZINGLY priced goodies - just like I buy from the health food store. Uh-huh. I'm talking protein powder, superfood powder, raw nuts, organic granola, and heaps of healthy snack options that are perfect for that 3pm craving. Not to mention their usual fresh food offerings which I have found to be great quality.

So naturally, I had to make a delicious smoothie bowl with my health haul. I blended frozen banana, cherries, ALDI Acai and Beetroot Powder together with a splash of water until thick, smooth and frosty. Pour into a bowl and top with ALL the goodies and more fresh fruit. P.S. Their Organic Granola is addictive. Fo reals.

On top of that....I find they do gym gear too. Under the same roof. YESSSS!

Check out my new tee and tights! This fitness gear is available as a Special Buy in stores on 27th January 2018, while stocks last. It's super comfortable, lightweight and best of all, won't break the bank.

RUN, don't walk, Fitties.
