A fantastic blend for early risers who like a smooth start to their morning. Gentle on the taste buds while delightfully smooth and filling, this one will keep you going for hours.

SERVES: 1
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 tablespoons rolled oats
- ½ cup plain Greek yoghurt
- 3 heaped tablespoons vanilla bean protein powder
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon natural almond butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pitted Medjool date
- ¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, or milk of choice
- Blueberries and flaked almonds (to decorate)
METHOD:
- Add oats to blender and pulse to a fine flour.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Top with blueberries and flaked almonds (optional). Enjoy!!
Omit oats if you’re planning on having this as a snack rather than breakfast – they’ll keep you full for a long time!
