INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup raw almonds (activated, if possible)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp rice malt syrup
- 1 tsp himalayan sea salt
METHOD:
- Melt together the oil and rice malt syrup.
- Mix in the cinnamon and salt, then add nuts and stir until coated.
- Spread evenly on a baking tray and toast for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally if necessary.
- Remove and allow to cool.
