SERVES: 1
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 cup water or coconut water
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 apple
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 cm cube fresh ginger (optional)
METHOD:
- In a high-speed blender, add all ingredients.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve straight up, over ice if preferred.
