SERVES: 2
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 small bananas – frozen
- ½ scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon natural almond butter
- 1 teaspoon of almond milk or water
METHOD:
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
- Serve with chopped nuts and a sprig of fresh mint.
Tips:
Substitute protein powder for a few drops of vanilla essence.
Sprinkle over some cacao nibs for extra bite.
Can be stored in the freezer for up to two weeks.
