  1. I follow you on instagram and i just love your photos!! I’m from Brazil and its very hard to do your recipes with the local ingredients… I’ll try to do your hazelnuts and chocolate cookies with the things that we have here… What would be a hazelnut meal? Thanks!

    1. Hi Isabel! Thanks so much for the wonderful feedback. Hazelnut meal is just hazelnuts ground to a flour. Try looking for ‘Hazelnut Flour’ or ‘Hazel Meal’. If not, you can make your own using a food processor or blender – just grind whole hazelnuts to a fine powder.
