The Fit Foodie Cookbook #2

Guys, I have the most epic news to share. We're talking E-P-I-C, as far as foodie news goes. Over the last year I have I been working away with commercial food photography clients (yay - www.sallyoneilphotography.com) - photographing and styling food that I LOVE. After the launch of Love Move Eat cookbook here in Australia, which I shot and styled all on my lonesome, I proved to the world (and myself) that I could actually do a half-decent job of the whole project.

Now here comes the exciting stuff...COOKBOOK #2 has just been confirmed and signed off with Murdoch publishers. So stoked! It will focus on meal-prep and saving you time, money and energy in the kitchen so you can actually focus on the important things in life.

Over the next 3 months I'll be madly writing, recipe testing, shooting and editing 244 pages of goodness.

It is set for release on 1st September 2019 in Australia (obvs), New Zealand, The U.K. and Ireland! It will be so lovely for my book to reach my home shores, if only to show my dad what it is that I really do. Trying to explain I work on social media and a website doesn't really make sense. No surprises there. I often can't make sense of it either. #dreamjob.

In the meantime, here are some of my favourite recipes to make in bulk to keep the fridge stocked with nutritious goodies!

Smoky Roasted Chickpeas

Chicken is one of my favourite things to prep in advance. This lemon and pepper marinade adds a delicious flavour adn feels super fancy for meal prep.

Leftovers and Baked Eggs

This delish dinner or lunch option hits all the bases when it comes to meal prep. Not only is it easy to cook and freze but you can also clean out your leftovers at the same time.

  1. What an amazing idea for book 2. Can’t wait. To be able to get a tasty meal out of the freezer will be just brilliant. It will change my poor eating habits at last. Thank you
