Top 10 Healthy Eats in Sydney

Top 10 Healthy Eats in Sydney

There’s millions of places to get your food fix in Sydney, but healthy faire is not always abundant. Living right in the centre of a health conscious city, you would think it would be  a breeze to nip out for a protein-packed lunch (sans heavy dressing), and chase it down with a delicious bliss ball. Sadly, that's just not the case.

Directly beneath my apartment building is a KFC that is open all hours, forever full to the brim with patrons. There's another one on the same street about 500 metres away - complete with stair lift. In fact, within a 5 minute radius there are 2 McDonald's, 1 Pizza Hut, 2 Hungry Jacks, and a newly established fried chicken shop...Help.

The good news: healthy eateries are definitely on the rise in Sydney, but you have to know where to go. I’ve done the leg-work for you and compiled my Top 10 Healthy Eats below.

    1. Hey Tegan! I love Bondi Wholefoods too. Should have made it my Top 11 😉 Definitely try Orchard Street’s new offerings – it’s close to Bondi Wholefoods actually. Handy, if you want a bit of both. Lunch at one, dessert at the other?! x
