Take time to look after yourself in the running season. I took on the City to Surf challenge last year to raise money for The Butterfly Foundation. Stupidly I did zero training and then ran the whole 15km as fast as I could. Hello shin splints, sores muscles and one set of unhappy knees. These awesome community events will make sure your do it safely and up your game!
